Founded February 2026

C&C Consulting was founded in February 2026 on a clear premise: most businesses are held back not by ambition, but by the systems behind them. Outdated IT, security gaps and manual processes quietly limit how far an organization can grow.

Co-founders Dominic Catalano and Jack Calcagno built the firm by working directly with business owners, learning firsthand where operations break down and what it takes to fix them. That hands-on foundation still defines how we work: close to our clients, focused on outcomes, and accountable for results.

Today, from our office in Elmhurst, Illinois, we serve organizations nationwide. We manage IT, secure infrastructure, automate operations with AI, advise on strategy, and drive growth through digital marketing, all delivered by one integrated team.
